Ways to use immune boost

 

  Before becoming ill:

* Place 3-4 drops into hands and breathe deeply to protect

  and cleanse the respiratory pathways:  See Video Demonstration

 

If you begin to show symptoms:

1. Do an Immune Boost Massage         See Video Demonstration    

 

*      Apply  3-4 drops to the major lymph node chain areas:

*     Front of the neck

*     Chest area and abdomen

*     Along the sides of the back

 

2. Use a steam Inhalation:   See Video Demonstration

Made up with care: pour steaming hot water into a deep bowl, place on a secure table, add a few drops of Immune Boost, take a large towel and sit upright in front of the bowl of steam with your face leaning over the steam. Put the towel over your head and let the fringe drape over the outside of the bowl onto the table. Your face is now inside a steam tent, breathe deeply through your nose and let the nasal passages drip to clear that stuffed up feeling. Repeat 2-3 times daily.

 

3. Put a few drops in a nice warm bath and breathe in the steam: (See Video Demonstration)
